Brilliant Bookshops: The Snug Bookshop

Olney is a lovely little town in the north of Buckinghamshire, near Milton Keynes. It is a bustling place with lots of history and plenty of independent shops, including The Snug Bookshop!

Located just opposite the Cowper and Newton Museum, the Snug Bookshop is a real treasure trove, offering a wonderful range of children’s books. Although a small space, the owners have done an excellent job of maximising book space without the shop feeling cluttered or overwhelming.

The shop has a well-loved, welcoming feel and was certainly a peaceful place in which to enjoy browsing the shelves. Olney is very lucky to have such a lovely independent bookshop.
